1. Service Description

Revlos provides AI-powered customer database analysis for automotive dealerships (“the Service”). This includes equity mining, lease maturity identification, trade-in value assessment, and personalised outreach script generation.

2. The Equity Audit

By purchasing the Equity Audit ($1,997 AUD), you agree to:

Provide an accurate CSV export of your dealership's customer database
Use the generated outreach scripts responsibly and in compliance with Australian telemarketing laws (Do Not Call Register, Spam Act 2003)
Not resell, redistribute, or share the report with third parties without written consent

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If Revlos does not identify at least 20 actionable customer opportunities (customers in equity, with expiring leases, or strong trade-in value) from your database, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to the Full Equity Audit only. The Free Snapshot is provided at no cost and carries no guarantee.

4. Data Handling

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to share any customer data with us, and that doing so complies with your obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any applicable state laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Revlos is not responsible for the results of outreach campaigns conducted using our scripts. Actual sales outcomes depend on your team's execution and market conditions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The AI analysis methodology, scoring algorithms, and report format are the intellectual property of Revlos. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the report for your internal business purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
