2. What Information We Collect

When you submit a lead form on our website, we collect:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your dealership name and estimated database size
Your vehicle acquisition needs (optional)
How you found us, and any UTM/attribution parameters from ad campaigns

When dealerships engage our Equity Audit service, we also receive a CSV export of their customer database. This data is used solely to perform the analysis and generate your report.

3. How We Use Your Information

To contact you about your enquiry within 24 hours
To deliver the Equity Audit or Free Snapshot you requested
To send you relevant updates about Revlos services (you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Customer Database Data

Any customer data you provide to us for analysis is:

Encrypted in transit and at rest
Stored on Australian-hosted servers
Never shared with third parties
Deleted upon request or within 30 days of project completion

5. Australian Privacy Act Compliance

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Contact us at hello@revlos.com.au to exercise these rights.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Supabase — Database hosting
Resend — Transactional email delivery
Vercel — Web hosting

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security standards.
